General Terms

Unless contracted, all fees and terms subject to change.

Fees are due and payable on the following schedule: 50% upon signing contract, 50% upon project completion. If the total amount contracted is less than $500, the total amount due in advance.

Fee schedules for large projects may be negotiated.

Refer to proposal and contract for specifications.

Additional costs

Please note in addition to the cost of the usable design Basic Website Solution additional fees will be incurred (but not exclusively) for :

  • Additional Features not included in purchased Basic Website Solution.
  • Advanced configurations not included in basic installations.
  • Adding media ( uploading images, audio, video to galleries, slides, posts, and pages, etc. )
  • Adding content/copy for pages or posts ( blog )
  • Adding entries ( per item for an event manager, sermon manager, directories, online shop. etc. )
  • Additional text pages
  • Complex pages ( eg. multicolumn, tabular, lists, tabs, etc.)
  • Forms other than included basic contact form with name, email, and message.
  • Galleries, portfolios, sliders
  • Adding slides for sliders
  • Graphic design
  • Image editing
  • Stock photography
  • Advanced SEO services
  • Social media services
  • Social media designs
  • Logo design and brand development
  • Hourly consultation fees
  • Research
  • Training

Print Service Fees must be paid in full prior to sending to printers.
